Terms of Use
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of evergreetz at evergreetz.com and greetz.ai. The provider is Wonderlandmovies GmbH, Große Hamburger Straße 28, 10115 Berlin, Germany (see Imprint). By creating a video greeting you accept these terms.
2. Service
evergreetz automatically creates a video greeting from your input: an AI writes the text, a synthetic voice speaks it, and the character you chose delivers it. The service is free of charge and requires no registration. There is no entitlement to continuous availability, specific characters or features. We may change, restrict or discontinue the service at any time.
3. AI-generated content
Texts and speech are generated automatically and are not reviewed by us. They may be inappropriate, inaccurate or contain errors. Please watch the video before you send it. You are responsible for the content you share.
4. Your obligations
You must not use evergreetz to
- create unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic or harmful content,
- harass or deceive others or violate their personal rights,
- enter sensitive data about third parties (e.g. health data),
- use the service in an automated way, at scale, or by circumventing protective measures.
If you upload a photo, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and that the people shown agree. Uploaded photos are automatically checked for explicit content and may be rejected. In the event of violations we may delete videos and block use.
5. Rights of use
The characters, animations, music and design of evergreetz are protected by copyright and belong to Wonderlandmovies GmbH or its licensors. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use, download and share the videos you create with evergreetz for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, for example in advertising, requires our prior consent; feel free to contact us.
6. Liability
As evergreetz is provided free of charge, we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body or health or under the German Product Liability Act.
7. Privacy
Information on how we process your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
